Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

     Perishable items, such as fresh food products, are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

     If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

     Send an email to customercare@banjosh.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged product.

     We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on the issue.

3. Non-Returnable Items

     Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

     Perishable goods (e.g., fresh food, opened jars of pickles or jams)..

     Items purchased during a sale.

4. Refunds

     Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
